Overview

This course covers communication and consultation obligations in relation to OHS and outlines the communication processes to be used by those who manage safety issues. Such issues should be managed as and when they arise. Management must be responsive to safety issues and capable of addressing them in consultation with relevant personnel.

Course Content

On completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Create a communication and consultation process to facilitate issue resolution;
  • Define the obligations to form health and safety committees that apply in your state; 
  • Resolve an issue with the help of your Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs).
