Course Content

On completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify conduct that is professional, responsible and accountable;
  • Utilise a five-step decision-making model to help you determine what to do when confronted with an ethical dilemma;
  • Ascertain appropriate use and preservation of assets and resources;
  • Take the right steps in relation to gifts, favours and hospitality;
  • Give examples of disclosable interests and conflict of interests;
  • Identify the key components of a Code of Conduct policy.
