Communication is the lifeblood of an organisation. This course is designed to enhance the communication skills necessary to improve employee relations and organisational effectiveness. It addresses the participants' vocal techniques and their ability to communicate in a broader framework. The simple techniques learnt in this course will ensure that the confidence gained by participants will be transferred to the delivery of organisational goals.
This course covers the basics in terms of understanding the communication process itself, along with the barriers to communication and how to overcome them. It also focuses on the individual, specifically on understanding how the sub-personality can sabotage communication. Building on this, it addresses a range of skills, including managing anxiety, mastering posture, breathing techniques, pitch, pace and pausing, increasing vocal capacity, and using the power of body language.
