Overview
The ability to influence strategically can contribute to the achievement of successful organisational, team and individual outcomes. This course will look at ways that you can apply more strategic perspectives. It will deal with strategic communication processes, working relationships and personal attributes, and will focus on ways of presenting strategically at broad organisational, group and individual levels using both group and individual perspectives.
Course Content
The course content addresses strategic influencing at various levels within the public sector, and examines the alignment of influencing strategies to organisational goals. It covers the use of strategic frameworks as influencing tools, and includes individual and group strategic presentations and personal action plans.

By the end of this course attendees should be able to:
- identify concepts of strategic influencing in relation to organisations, work groups and individuals
- apply strategic influencing presentations using different frameworks and techniques
- make links between strategic thinking and organisational objectives
