This one-day course provides a business context for the development and implementation of a range of business improvement methods. It draws on successful, practical, work-related projects that the facilitator has delivered over the past five years.

Providing an overview of business improvement and business outcomes, this course will break down the stages and processes required for effective business process improvement.
